By using this website, the user agrees to the terms and conditions. Galleri Nicolai Wallner reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time so please check this page regularly.

1. PRODUCTS
1.1 All editions sold on the webshop are signed by the artist and sold unframed.
1.2 Galleri Nicolai Wallner does not issue certificates of authenticity for prints.
1.3 Prices and availability are subject to change. Galleri Nicolai Wallner reserves the right to change prices and availability at any time.

2. ORDERS
2.1 All orders must be placed via the webshop. Galleri Nicolai Wallner does not accept orders via email or telephone.
2.2 We are unable to accommodate requests for specific edition numbers, etc.
2.3 Galleri Nicolai Wallner reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason and without explanation.
2.4 If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive an email with a confirmation and order number. Please save this email for future use.
2.5 On the occasion of product launches, lotteries and raffles, orders are subject to availability. Galleri Nicolai Wallner does not guarantee that all inquires can be accommodated. This includes drops, raffles, etc.
2.6 In step with international banking practices, all galleries and art dealers within the European Union are required to verify the identity of clients purchasing artwork over the amount of EUR 6.700,- The gallery will be in contact regarding all orders over this amount, and this information will be required prior to shipping of your order.
2.7 Failure to comply with identification verification can result in the cancellation of your order.

3. RAFFLES
3.1 Product raffles are time sensitive, and will be open on a set time and date. If you choose to enter a product raffle, you must therefore do so within the given timeframe or your entry will not be considered.
3.2 If you choose to enter a product raffle, you will receive an email receipt indicating we have accepted your form. This is not a confirmation that you have successfully been chosen to make an order.
3.3 If we are able to accommodate your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and information as how to complete your order.
3.4 If we are unable to accommodate your order you will not receive a confirmation email or any other notification from us.
3.5 If we are able to accommodate your order, to successfully complete this order you must follow the payment instructions and timeline. If you fail to follow the instructions/miss the payment window, your order will be cancelled.
3.6 Galleri Nicolai Wallner is not responsible for any failed or incomplete orders.

4. PAYMENT
4.1 Payment for products and delivery charges can be made by any debit or credit card that is shown as acceptable on the website at the time you place your order.
4.2 The name that appears on the order must match the name that appears on the debit or credit card associated with that purchase.

5. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Please allow 10 business days for the gallery to process and pack your order. This is an estimated timeframe and is not a guarantee.
5.2 Some editions are released as a pre-order to be shipped at a future date. This information will be found on the product’s landing page. Pre-order dates are subject to change.
5.3 Galleri Nicolai Wallner ships worldwide, however we do not ship to P.O boxes or freight forwarders.
5.4 Orders are shipped to the shipping addresses provided with the order and cannot be changed.
5.5 All products are insured during shipping by Galleri Nicolai Wallner.
5.6 Shipping times vary depending on the product and the destination country.
5.7 You will receive an email with a tracking number when your package has been sent. Galleri Nicolai Wallner is not responsible for any delays regarding shipping.
5.8 All products ordered from Galleri Nicolai Wallner will be sent via a secure courier service.
5.9 If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept the order upon attempted delivery, you will be asked to re-arrange delivery for an alternate date or to collect the goods from a specified place. If the delivery address is within Denmark and no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order, you will be liable for the costs of re-delivery and the order will not be re-delivered until Galleri Nicolai Wallner has received payment in full for such costs.
5.10 Return cost and responsibility lies with the customer until it is received. We process return packages as soon as possible. However, it may take up to 14 days before your return is processed. You will receive an email with confirmation when your return is approved.
5.11 If your package is returned to us because you did not collect it from a pickup point or because you refused to pay import fees, outward and return shipping costs will be deducted before your refund is issued.
5.12 Customers with orders being shipped outside of the EU may incur additional fees and duties from the shipping carrier when their orders enter the destination country. Galleri Nicolai Wallner is not responsible for any additional fees and duties.
5.13 Galleri Nicolai Wallner is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

6.RETURNS & DAMAGES
6.1 Purchases can be returned for a refund within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
6.2 To return an item, please write to editions@nicolaiwallner.com with your order number and reason for return.
6.3 Galleri Nicolai Wallner reserves the right to refuse refunds.
6.4 If we accept your refund, we charge a 5% cancellation charge to cover the refund fees we incur
6.5 We do not refund delivery costs and any additional fees and duties incurred.
6.5 If you receive your item defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of receipt of goods at editions@nicolaiwallner.com with images and details for review.
6.6 All product must be returned in the exact condition as they were shipped.
6.7 Repacking must be done in the exact condition as it was shipped. You are responsible for the correct repacking of your order.
6.8 Returned orders which do not comply with these criteria risk being refused upon.
6.9 You are responsible for the product until it returns to Galleri Nicolai Wallner. We therefore recommend that you send the package with a traceable service so it can be located at all times.
6.10 All returns should indicate their order number, and be addressed to

7. WEBSITE
7.1 To use the website in full, you may be required to update your device and browsing platforms.
7.2 Galleri Nicolai Wallner is not responsible for technical issues on the website due to increase in traffic, outdated software or apps, etc.
